Synopsis:
Everyone knows the name but few people have ever seen one. This film explores the "Devil Beast" of reputation, but also the real animal being discovered by current research. We watch two young wolverines grow up in front of the camera as a biologist gets close to her subjects trying to crack the mysteries of wolverine behaviour. By documenting ongoing research and exploring native legends through animation, we meet the myth and the real animal. Surprisingly, for or all its fabled toughness, the wolverine is made vulnerable by its own character.
